STAR WARS: EPISODE VII Release Date Locked

The wait is over and we now have the official release date of our next adventure to the galaxy far, far away. J.J. Abrams' "Star Wars: Episode VII" will hit AMC Theatres on December 18, 2015.

This is a smart move for a variety of different reasons. First of all, it's a hot month for film releases. A ton of Oscar contenders are always released in December. Look at last year with "Django" and "Les Miserables", the year prior with "The Adventures of Tin Tin" and "War Horse", and so on. The month has also been a big one with films produced by hopeful studios.

Alan Horn, chairman of The Walt Disney Studios, also touched on the prime holiday release, which always finds people out of work and school. Horn stated,"We’re very excited to share the official 2015 release date for Star Wars: Episode VII, where it will not only anchor the popular holiday filmgoing season but also ensure our extraordinary filmmaking team has the time needed to deliver a sensational picture."

I've got a Baby Ruth in my coat pocket somewhere... just waiting to eat it. Maybe I'll put in a blender on puree.

Admire bryan singer story telling, not easy if you introducing a large cast.. As someone who do not know anything about x-men lore or identify himself as superhero geek.. His x-men 2000 film grab my interest on the series.. Still remember that powerful opening scene, the nazi concentration camp.. really set the theme of the series.. Found some of the other superhero movies.. Too comical for my taste still,.. Will see this movie on the first day of opening..

    1) Daredevil was ten years ago, and its problems were the director and script writers' fault. 2) Maybe but look at James Bond and hell even Batman throughout the years, people will get over it. 3) I want to tell you to check out the Town and Hollywoodland to see him act well, but you'd seem too hell bent to ever change your mind.
