The next "Terminator" film is in development and over the last few months, we've been getting little tidbits about how the production is shaping up. Today we got a pretty delicious piece of news, as Emilia Clarke has been cast as Sarah Connor.
Known for being Daenerys Targaryen the mother of dragons on HBO's "Game of Thrones", Clarke has certainly shown audiences she is a fierce, warrior princess. She seems like a worthy successor to the incredible Linda Hamiliton, who made Sarah Connor so famous. Fellow "Game of Thrones" alumni Lena Headey has also played Sarah Connor in the television series "The Sarah Connor Chronicles". That incredible HBO show has certainly allowed a pit of strong females to pick from.
We don't know a whole lot about "Terminator 5" but we do know that Jason Clarke is in final negotiations to play John Connor and that Arnold Schwarzenegger will be back for the film as well.
Do you think Clarke is a good fit for Sarah Connor? Let us know in the comments section below!
