The first still has been released for the new Melissa McCarthy and Susan Sarandon road trip comedy "Tammy". The film marks the directorial debut of McCarthy's husband Ben Falcone, who also co-wrote the script with her.

The film centers on McCarthy's Tammy, who totaled her car, got fired from her job and discovers that her husband is cheating on her. In an effort to stay afloat, she hits the road with her boozing and profane grandmother, Pearl (Sarandon).

The first picture is pretty funny and I think the comedic duo of McCarthy and Sarandon should be fantastic. The film also stars Allison Janney, Gary Cole, Toni Collette, Kathy Bates and Dan Aykroyd.

"Tammy" will hit AMC Theatres on July 2.

I've got a Baby Ruth in my coat pocket somewhere... just waiting to eat it. Maybe I'll put in a blender on puree.

Admire bryan singer story telling, not easy if you introducing a large cast.. As someone who do not know anything about x-men lore or identify himself as superhero geek.. His x-men 2000 film grab my interest on the series.. Still remember that powerful opening scene, the nazi concentration camp.. really set the theme of the series.. Found some of the other superhero movies.. Too comical for my taste still,.. Will see this movie on the first day of opening..

    1) Daredevil was ten years ago, and its problems were the director and script writers' fault. 2) Maybe but look at James Bond and hell even Batman throughout the years, people will get over it. 3) I want to tell you to check out the Town and Hollywoodland to see him act well, but you'd seem too hell bent to ever change your mind.
