Anne Hathaway in Talks to Join THE INTERN Opposite Robert De Niro

Nancy Meyers last brought us "It's Complicated", starring the always incredible Meryl Streep and Alec Baldwin. Her new project called "The Intern", was set to star Robert De Niro and Reese Witherspoon. Now comes word that Witherspoon is out and another academy award winning actress has stepped in her place.

The lovely Anne Hathaway is in talks to star in the film, as the founder of a successful online fashion business owner. De Niro is hired as the intern and we can just imagine what generational differences the film will highlight.

Before Hathaway and Witherspoon, Saturday Night Live star Tina Fey was set to star in the film. Each actress has a very different style and energy, so it would have been very interesting to see how the movie would have varied per actress.

After several years of films that didn't exactly show off his acting skills, last year De Niro shined in "Silver Linings Playbook". Hopefully this film will keep him on the right film track.

Really like the look of it! The trailer has a menacing and dark tone to it, as LEE pointed out. Hopefully this won't be another Die Hard 5 case, awesome trailer but terrible film. Godzilla looks so much like it's 60 year old predecessor. I did like the 1999 Godzilla, just because the actors were awesome and it was cool to see another take on a legendary creature, but this film looks so much darker, almost forbidden. Can't wait till the middle of May!!
