Corey Stoll in Talks to Join Edgar Wright's ANT-MAN

By Amirose Eisenbach March 26, 2014

The casting news for Edgar Wright's "Ant-Man" continues and now "House of Cards" and "Non-Stop" star Corey Stoll is reportedly up for a role. True to the Marvel way, we have no idea who Stoll will be playing if locked.

We know that Paul Rudd is locked to play Scott Lang and that Michael Douglas is set to play Hank Pym. It's been reported that Evangeline Lilly, Michael Pena and Patrick Wilson are also up for roles, but nothing has been confirmed yet.

I'm loving the casting of this film to date. All the actors mentioned above are unconventional choices for a project like this and I think that's going to pay off in a big way. Add Wright's unique and signature style and witty nature, and I think Marvel is going to hit yet another one of the park. Can anything stop them these days? Keep on going Kevin Feige and team, we are happy campers.

The film is said to be gearing up for production soon in Atlanta, gearing to hit a July 17, 2015 release date.
