Peter Dinklage has been in the industry a long time but his role as The Imp on HBO's "Game of Thrones" as immortalized him as a fan favorite. He will next be seen in Bryan Singer's "X-Men: Days of Future Past" and now he has joined another upcoming picture opposite Adam Sandler.
Titled "Pixels", the film is based on Patrick Jean's short film, inspired by the video-game. Chris Columbus ("Home Alone") is directing the film and the game was at its peak in the 1980s. The storyline is said to be an action-comedy in the vein of "Ghostbusters", where video-game characters come out of the game to cause mayhem in the real world.
Sandler will next be seen opposite Drew Barrymore in "The Familymoon". He's had several duds to date but he's still very likely, so perhaps with the amazing talent of Dinklage, as well as Josh Gad and Kevin James, the film will be another good entry.
