Another big Doctor within the Marvel Universe is now in the news again. We heard that a "Doctor Strange" movie would be coming to us in Phase Three of the Marvel Cinematic Universe. There have been several names on the shortlist of potential directors and now that list has revised yet again.
The current list suggests that Mark Andrews ("Brave") and Jonathan Levine ("Warm Bodies" and "50/50") are still in the running and that Scott Derrickson ("Sinister") has now been added. Nikolaj Arcel was on the last round of potentials but now appears to no longer be in the mix.
While Andrews, Levine and Derrickson appear to be the three big names in the news at the moment, that doesn't mean Marvel isn't looking at other options. Marvel President Kevin Feige, hasn't made a mistake thus far, so he certainly has our confidence in securing the right pick for this property.
Very few details have been revealed for the story of film at this point but we'll keep you posted as the story develops.
Out of the three potential directors, who would you like to see helm this picture? Let us know in the comments section below!
