The final trailer for Bryan Singer's "X-Men: Days of Future Past" has been released. Following the release of the first battle sequence of the film earlier this week, this trailer reveals new footage we haven't seen before, and it's amazing.
The mysterious storyline keeps getting more filled in with each tidbit we see and Hugh Jackman's Wolverine is going to be a huge part of weaving both time periods together. We get more Mystique (Jennifer Lawrence), more Trask (Peter Dinklage), and a much better look at Quicksilver (Evan Peters). From the first photo released of that character, fans were a bit worried about the look of him, but that should now be put to rest. We of course are reintroduced to both sets of Magento (Michael Fassbender and Ian McKellen) and both sets of Professor X (James McAvoy and Sir Patrick Stewart).
From everything we've seen thus far, Singer seems to have this situation more than under control. His first two "X-Men" films were awesome and then Brett Ratner kind of ruined the third film to many fans. Matthew Vaughn raised the bar with the most recent "X-Men: First Class" and it looks like Singer has stepped up to the challenge for this potentially even bigger and better installment.
