Johnny Knoxville and Tony Shalhoub Join TEENAGE MUTANT NINJA TURTLES

The trailer for the Michael Bay-produced "Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles" was released last week and was met with pretty mediocre reviews. To many, the Turtles are household names and we want to ensure one of our favorite childhood properties is presented in a wonderful way. Now comes word of two new cast members who will be lending their vocal talents to the production.

Johnny Knoxville from the Jackass prankster crew will voice Leonardo. Tony Shalhoub from "Monk" and "Pain and Gain", will voice Master Splinter, the wise yoda-like rat of the Turtle gang. Peter Ploszek will do the motion capture for Leo and Danny Woodburn will perform it for Splinter.

Megan Fox will portray the reporter and friend to the quad of amphibians, April O'Neill. The production will also feature Alan Ritchson, Jeremy Howard, Noel Fisher, Will Arnett and William Fichtner as their arch-nemesis Shredder.
