It seems like whenever there is a role that needs to be filled in Hollywood, Nathan Fillion's name is always tossed in the mix. He's a solid actor with undeniable charisma and it's only a matter of time until we see him in a superhero movie. Or has that time already arrived?

While at the St. Louis Comic Con panel, he was asked if he wanted a part in James Gunn's "Guardians of the Galaxy". Fillion responded, "[Want] to get a part? Or maybe did. I'm just saying maybe. Maybe it'll be a surprise. Maybe check the credits of the movie when you watch it."

Fillion's smirk that accompanied his statment imply that we may definitely be seeing him in the upcoming Marvel property. Does that mean he could be a random creature we may not catch or could it perhaps be teasing his role in an upcoming Marvel superhero project?

We'll have to wait until August 1st for the big release to see but I think fans and critics alike would like to see some more Fillion.
