As all "Star Wars" fans know, several pictures have been leaking from the upcoming production of "Star Wars: Episode VII". Pictures like a full-scale Millennium Falcon have surfaced, which majorly builds on our already sky-high excitement. Not everyone shares the enthusiasm of these photos, however. Director J.J. Abrams had a bit of a different tune to sing with a note he just released on the matter.
Abrams' note stated, "I wish people would stop leaking photos from Episode VII and making ridiculous claims that the Millennium Falcon is in the movie". The tongue-in-cheek note is sitting on the Millennium Falcon’s space chess board we know from the original films.
It's pretty hard to not appreciate and respect Abrams. His talent is matched by his delightful sense of humor and his self-awareness. His love and understanding of the incredibly vast "Star Wars" world makes him the perfect director to bring this generation another installment of our favorite galaxy far, far away. Let's just hope people behave moving forward, for his sake, so he can deliver us the property he wants at his own pace.
