Here is your first look at Jessica Chastain and Oscar Isaac (“Inside Llewyn Davis”) in J.C. Chandor’s “A Most Violent Year”. The film is set in 1981, and follows a crime-filled year in the life of an immigrant (Isaac) and his wife (Chastain) as they try to achieve the American Dream in New York City.
This is the third feature film for J.C. Chandor, who made his debut with the financial thriller “Margin Call”, and followed it up with last year’s excellent “All Is Lost” with Robert Redford.
