A new trailer has been released for David Ayer's WWII drama "Fury", which stars Brad Pitt, Shia LeBeouf, Michael Pena and Logan Lerman. The trailer features different footage and scenes that we haven't seen before and it looks very intense and interesting.
Ayer has previously worked with Pena before on "End of Watch", which also starred Jake Gyllenhaal. That film was gripping and intense and this one should prove to be another fascinating genre for him to explore.
Pitt is no stranger to this historical era, having starred in Quentin Tarantino's "Inglourious Basterds". It has also been reported that he may stay within the same period for a romantic thriller this time, written by "Eastern Promises" scribe Steven Knight.
Synopsis: April, 1945. As the Allies make their final push in the European Theatre, a battle-hardened army sergeant named Wardaddy (Brad Pitt) commands a Sherman tank and her five-man crew on a deadly mission behind enemy lines. Outnumbered and outgunned, and with a rookie soldier thrust into their platoon, Wardaddy and his men face overwhelming odds in their heroic attempts to strike at the heart of Nazi Germany.
