This movie is Michael Caine's first starring role. Michael Caine plays Alfie a man with a Cockney accent that chases women. He tends to use women and goes from woman to woman without a care in the world. He makes no apologies for his behavior and in the end he never finds a relationship with true meaning. (temp)
