Sandro Botticelli was one of the most important Renaissance painters in history, still dragging its works countless people in exhibitions and inspire them. Especially famous his painting 'The Birth of Venus', with which he significantly helped to shape our modern beauty of woman. But many do not know that Botticelli had a very dark side which he lived out in his art. In this respect one his picture 'The hell funnel' to perhaps his most important work in general, which, however, was lost for centuries and in which Botticelli hell by Dante's literary original 'The Divine Comedy' drew.
