Every year the three Marvin sisters, single mother Megan, practical lawyer Bethany, and passionate and conniving Mary, gather from across the country to spend Christmas together under the same roof in their beloved childhood home in Vermont. And while they couldn't be any different from one another, they all agree on one thing: there's nothing more magical than spending Christmas together with their parents Peggy and John. Unfortunately, this legacy is coming to an end, Peggy and John are selling the house, and their buyer is Megan's very attractive high-school sweetheart Nash. As they spend more time together Megan begins to realize that she could be falling in love, with the very man poised to undo the memories she's so desperate to protect. When Christmas morning arrives, will the Marvins have to say goodbye to the memories and traditions that have shaped them? Or could it be the start of a new foundation, with more children and memories to come?
