Sarah's Oil

Based on a true story. Set in 1910 Oklahoma during the oil boom, young Sarah Rector inherits 160 acres of land most dismiss as worthless. Undeterred by others' doubts, Sarah becomes convinced there's oil beneath the surface of her land. With the help of a charming wildcatter, Bert (Zachary Levi), the two seek this hidden treasure. However, when Sarah and Bert's success attracts the attention of corrupt local oil magnates, the two must fight to protect Sarah's inheritance from falling into the wrong hands.
