The broadcast of Lehár’s The Merry Widow will be presented live on Saturday, January 17 at 12:55 p.m. ET / 9:55 a.m. PT. The great Renée Fleming stars as the beguiling woman who captivates all of Paris in Lehár’s enchanting operetta, seen in a new staging by Broadway virtuoso director and choreographer Susan Stroman.
The Met Opera’s encore performance of Offenbach’s Les Contes d’Hoffmann will be shown in select cinemas on Wednesday, February 4 at 6:30 p.m. in all time zones. Please note: not all cinemas showing the live transmission will present an encore showing.
