Jodie Turner-Smith
Jodie Turner-Smith was actually discovered by Pharrell Williams at an N.E.R.D. concert. At the time, she wanted to be a writer, but Pharrell told her she needed to be in front of the camera. He pulled a few strings, and a month later, Jodie moved to Los Angeles to become a model.
QUEEN & SLIM will be her first lead movie role, and she is already slated for two movies in 2020: AFTER YANG alongside Colin Farrell and WITHOUT REMORSE with Michael B. Jordan.
