Co-writers Aaron Jackson and Josh Sharp star in this uproarious musical comedy that, essentially, takes the plot of THE PARENT TRAP and replaces the teen girl protagonists with two self-absorbed adult men. Writer and director David Gordon Green is re-teaming with Blumhouse Productions to do for the EXORCIST franchise with THE EXORCIST: BELIEVER what they did for the HALLOWEEN franchise. Possessing movie theatres on October 6th, this direct sequel to William Friedkin’s landmark horror film from 1973 sees the return of Ellen Burstyn as Chris MacNeil, alongside Leslie Odom Jr. as the father of a girl who, along with her best friend, have been overtaken by a malevolent entity. Academy AwardⓇ nominees Saoirse Ronan and Paul Mescal star in FOE as a married couple whose quiet farmland existence in 2065 Earth is put to the test when a stranger (Aaron Pierre) presents them with an unusual offer. Being distributed in theatres by Amazon Studios, this AMC Artisan Film is based on Ian Reid’s romantic, dystopian novel of the same name and comes from screenwriter and director Garth Davis, who is also known for the 2016 drama, LION.

A creatively bankrupt theatre composer (Peter Dinklage) in need of a comeback finally finds his muse in a tugboat captain (Marisa Tomei) who mistakes their one night stand for love. Also starring Anne Hathaway as the therapist-turned-wife of Dinklage’s character, SHE CAME TO ME is a romantic comedy of a darker shade from writer and director Rebecca Miller.

These days, you can find “evidence” of paranormal activity all over the internet – such as the viral Twitter thread by BuzzFeed cartoonist Adam Ellis claiming he was being haunted by a boy’s vengeful spirit in 2017. This allegedly true ghost story has been adapted into a new feature haunting theatres in October, called DEAR DAVID, starring Augustus Prew as Ellis and directed by ANNA AND THE APOCALYPSE’s John McPhail.
