Co-writers Aaron Jackson and Josh Sharp star in this uproarious musical comedy that, essentially, takes the plot of THE PARENT TRAP and replaces the teen girl protagonists with two self-absorbed adult men. From director Larry Charles and also starring Nathan Lane, Megan Mullally, “Saturday Night Live’s” Bowen Yang, and Megan Thee Stallion, DICKS: THE MUSICAL is also the first full musical from prolific production company, A24.

Writer and director David Gordon Green is re-teaming with Blumhouse Productions to do for the EXORCIST franchise with THE EXORCIST: BELIEVER what they did for the HALLOWEEN franchise. Possessing movie theatres on October 6th, this direct sequel to William Friedkin’s landmark horror film from 1973 sees the return of Ellen Burstyn as Chris MacNeil, alongside Leslie Odom Jr. as the father of a girl who, along with her best friend, have been overtaken by a malevolent entity. Academy AwardⓇ nominees Saoirse Ronan and Paul Mescal star in FOE as a married couple whose quiet farmland existence in 2065 Earth is put to the test when a stranger (Aaron Pierre) presents them with an unusual offer. Being distributed in theatres by Amazon Studios, this AMC Artisan Film is based on Ian Reid’s romantic, dystopian novel of the same name and comes from screenwriter and director Garth Davis, who is also known for the 2016 drama, LION.
FOE opens October 6th
A creatively bankrupt theatre composer (Peter Dinklage) in need of a comeback finally finds his muse in a tugboat captain (Marisa Tomei) who mistakes their one night stand for love. Also starring Anne Hathaway as the therapist-turned-wife of Dinklage’s character, SHE CAME TO ME is a romantic comedy of a darker shade from writer and director Rebecca Miller.

These days, you can find “evidence” of paranormal activity all over the internet – such as the viral Twitter thread by BuzzFeed cartoonist Adam Ellis claiming he was being haunted by a boy’s vengeful spirit in 2017. This allegedly true ghost story has been adapted into a new feature haunting theatres in October, called DEAR DAVID, starring Augustus Prew as Ellis and directed by ANNA AND THE APOCALYPSE’s John McPhail.

Anybody who has missed out on the chance to see one of pop music’s most esteemed superstars live on stage can get the next best thing on the big screen. Throughout much of 2023, Taylor Swift has been touring North America for "The Eras Tour," an incredibly entertaining concert tour in which she performs hit songs and fan favorites from the various eras of her career. Soon enough, fans will be able to see the concert film in theatres. This German courtroom drama follows a writer (Sandra Hüller) who becomes a prime suspect in the mysterious death of her husband – the sole witness of which is her partially-sighted, 11-year-old son (Milo Machado). From director Justin Triet, ANATOMY OF A FALL is an AMC Artisan film that is already proving to be a strong awards contender after it played at the Toronto International Film Festival.

The legendary Martin Scorsese returns to direct this 206-minute adaptation of David Grann’s non-fiction book chronicling the investigation of murders of wealthy Osage Tribespeople in 1920s Oklahoma. Also starring Lily Gladstone, Jesse Plemons, Brendan Fraser, and more, KILLERS OF THE FLOWER MOON marks the first time Leonardo DiCaprio and Robert De Niro have shared the screen in a Scorsese picture, which is one factor that makes it a strong contender to be selected as an AMC Artisan Film.

One of the most anticipated Blumhouse releases in 2023 stars Josh Hutcherson as a desperate man who takes a seemingly easy job as a night shift security guard for a family pizza joint. However things are not quite what they seem in director Emma Tammi’s adaptation of the hit survival horror video game series, FIVE NIGHTS AT FREDDY’S, which also stars Matthew Lillard, Piper Rubio, and Elizabeth Lail.

Finally, fans of macabre brain-teaser stories in the style of Agatha Christie will have a whodunnit they can bring their little ones to when INSPECTOR SUN opens in theatres. The family-friendly murder mystery stars comedian Ronny Chieng as the voice of the titular spider sleuth who must solve the case of a wealthy aristocrat’s sudden death on a plane to San Francisco.
