Reach a certain DECIBEL and bombs will explode! Former Lieutenant Commander Kang Do-yeong is revered as a national hero for saving many of his men in a submarine accident. But he couldn't save them all and is tormented by the event. One day, he receives a cryptic phone call informing him that an improvised explosive has been planted at a soccer stadium. When the crowd noise reaches a certain decibel, the bomb will automatically go off. In the nick of time, Do-yeong saves innocent lives but the terrorist remains intent on inflicting further casualties, including Do-yeong's wife and daughter. Now he must race against the clock to track down the terrorist and save his family. Amid this impossible task, dark secrets the Commander left buried in the sea resurfaces.
