Wonder Woman 2 Announced

Even though Wonder Woman was released a month ago, no one has forgotten about its sheer glory. As the film captured hearts — and the box office — many of us wondered if plans for a sequel would come to light. With positive reactions and high demand to see the heroine on screen, a followup for Diana Prince was inevitable.
Today at SDCC2017, our wishes have been granted with an official announcement of a Wonder Woman sequel. No other details were revealed about the project, and no director is currently attached. But considering Jenkins' devotion to the character, it would be excellent if she returned to the helm.
DC's cinematic universe currently has two more female-led projects in the works, Joss Whedon's Batgirl and David Ayer's Gotham City Sirens. While we keep an eye on those, we can certainly look forward to another Wonder Woman adventure ahead. Diana's sequel has no release date as of yet, but we can expect more information to be revealed soon.
Wonder Woman appears next in Justice League, hitting theaters on November 17, 2017.
