Joey Niederlander’s Intern Success Story

Coordinator, Operations

Being a lover of cinema, AMC seemed like the perfect fit for my interests and career desires. Spending a few months in the Programming Department expanded my knowledge of the industry more than multiple years of college combined. After the internship, my work ethic and drive led to a full time position at AMC.

Jordan Crouch’s Intern Success Story

Coordinator, Social Media

When I first started as an AMC film crew member in Chicago at 16, I never imagined I'd be an intern at the corporate office. The internship at AMC combined both my love for movies and the coursework that I learned in school and provided an unbelievable summer! As I was talking to potential employers when searching for a full-time job, they were very impressed with my resume and the work I did as an AMC intern. AMC was also impressed because they ended up hiring me!

Diversity Statement

Imagine what would happen if AMC only showed films of the same genre. At AMC, that would never happen – we’re proud to offer an array of films that are as diverse as the people we employ.

The collective sum of the individual differences that our associates invest in their work represents a significant part of our culture, reputation and company’s achievement as well. We embrace and encourage differences in age, color, disability, ethnicity, family or marital status, gender identity or expression, language, national origin, physical and mental ability, political affiliation, race, religion, sexual orientation, socio-economic status, veteran status, and other characteristics that make our associates unique.

At AMC, we’re committed to employing a team that is as diverse as the entertainment on our screens.
