If you enrolled in-theatre, you need to register your account here to manage your account, keep track of your benefits and earned rewards. If you enrolled online or via the AMC mobile app, then don’t worry - you’re already registered!

You can log into your account here or by clicking the “Sign In” link at the top left of every page at www.amctheatres.com. Don’t forget that you can also manage your account by downloading the AMC mobile app!

If you forgot your password or would like to change it, just click the “Forgot password?” link on the sign-in page here. You can also update it in the “Account” section of your AMC Stubs account.

Sorry to see you go! You may cancel your membership at any time by contacting us here. However, we can only issue refunds for accounts that have been created in the last 30 days and have not used any benefits. AMC Stubs Premiere members who cancel their membership can elect to downgrade to an AMC Stubs Insider account, or be removed from the AMC Stubs program completely.

If you would like to update your profile information such as your mailing address, phone number or email address, log into your AMC Stubs account and select “Account” from the dropdown menu at the top left of the screen. You can also edit your profile in the AMC mobile app, just click on the “Profile” section under the “My AMC” tab.

You can enroll in our free AMC Stubs Insider tier here, or enjoy even more amazing benefits by enrolling in our AMC Stubs Premiere tier here. You can also enroll using the AMC mobile app or by speaking with any crew member at your local AMC Theatre. Just provide your name, birthdate, favorite theatre and email address and you’re in!

You can renew your AMC Stubs Premiere membership at any time by clicking the “Renew Now” button on your AMC Stubs dashboard. You can also renew by speaking with any AMC Theatre crew member. Got an Insider account? Upgrade to Premiere online or in-theatre with a crew member.

Your AMC Stubs Insider membership is unlimited, so it's valid as long as your account stays active. After two years (24 consecutive months) of non-use, your account will be considered inactive and we may cancel the account.

Your AMC Stubs Premiere membership is valid for 12 months from the date of enrollment and will expire on the last day of the month. When you renew, your current expiration date will be extended by 12 months. If you choose not to renew, your AMC Stubs Premiere membership will be automatically converted to an AMC Stubs Insider account after the current expiration date has passed.

AMC Stubs Insider members do not receive a physical card; however, you can access your virtual card with ease using the AMC mobile app

If you enroll into AMC Stubs Premiere in-theatre, you will receive a card kit during enrollment. If you enroll into AMC Stubs Premiere online, you will receive a card kit within 4-6 weeks. If you are at the theatre and don’t have your account number a crew member can look you up by phone number or email address!

Don't worry about a thing — we've got you covered! AMC Stubs Premiere members can report a lost or stolen card here. All you have to do is submit a request, and we will deactivate your old card number and issue you a new card kit with a brand-new number. We will also transfer your existing balance and activity over to the new number so that you won't miss a beat in earning points and rewards!

If your card was not lost or stolen, but you are looking for a replacement card, you can order a new physical card from the “Wallet” section of your account by clicking the “Send Me a Card by Mail” link. Once you enter your address, we'll ship you a card kit which should arrive in the mail in 4–6 weeks.

Rewards and Benefits

Earning AMC Stubs points is simple - just present your active AMC Stubs account (physical card, virtual card or AMC Stubs email address) during checkout at any AMC Theatre! Buying online or via the AMC mobile app is even easier - once logged in, you will automatically earn points on all your purchases!

You can easily turn your points into rewards, in increments of 5,000, at any time online or in the AMC mobile app by clicking the “Activate Reward” button on your AMC Stubs dashboard. You can also let your cashier know that you have points you would like to redeem, and they can take care of it for you! Once activated, rewards are automatically applied on your next transaction.

All the power is in your hands! Once you have registered your membership online, you can log into your account here or via the AMC mobile app to view your current balance, see recent transactions, redeem rewards and manage your membership. Your local AMC Theatre would be happy to give you an update on your membership after each transaction as well!

Don’t worry, points never expire as long as your account is active! Activated rewards will expire after 270 days.

Your AMC Stubs birthday offer will automatically be loaded onto your account during your birthday month (make sure you have a birthday listed on your account!). If not used, the birthday offer will expire at the end of the month.

AMC Stubs Insider members will receive a free large popcorn, and AMC Stubs Premiere members will receive a free large popcorn and free large fountain drink. Simply include your birthday item(s) in your order and the price will automatically be deducted when ordering online or by using your AMC Stubs account at your local participating AMC Theatre.

Present your virtual card, physical card, account number or your login email address at the box office or kiosk of a participating theatre. Sign into your account on AMCTheatres.com, on our app or on our partner sites to get your savings. Certain exclusions or premium format surcharges may apply. Group purchases are not eligible.

Simply present your large popcorn bag or tub and receipt to a crew member at the concession stand when requesting your refill and you’re all set!

AMC Stubs Premiere members will have their fees waived every time! If you are an AMC Stubs Insider member, your fees are waived when you purchase four or more tickets at once.

To have your fees waived when using amctheatres.com or the AMC mobile app, simply log in and make your purchase - your fees will automatically be waived at checkout.

When using a 3rd party site (Fandango, movietickets.com, ATOM tickets) make sure that your AMC Stubs account number is applied to the purchase, and your fees will also be waived automatically.

We’re glad you asked! Premiere service is a lane reserved exclusively for AMC Stubs Premiere members. Available at box office and concession stands at participating locations, this AMC Stubs Premiere member-only lane is designed to reward our Premiere members with outstanding, priority service!

Stay in the loop with via email and/or text messages! We'll periodically send you relevant member information such as newsletters, special promotions, reward notifications and account updates. Simply log into your account online and select “Account” from the dropdown menu. From there, you can select the types and methods of communication most valuable to you!

As an AMC Stubs Premiere member, make sure that you always order a large size fountain drink or popcorn.  Use your physical card, virtual card or AMC Stubs email address at the concession stand and your discount will automatically be applied! To receive size upgrades when purchasing popcorn and fountain drinks online on in our app, simply log in and make your purchase.

Troubleshooting

Don’t worry, these things happen! We would be happy to add points for purchases you made in the last 30 days, as long as you have a receipt. Just take your receipt to the theatre and guest services will be happy to help you out. You can also send us your request here.

Generally, many errors can be resolved by clearing your internet cache, restarting your computer/device, or attempting your purchase/activity using a different device/browser (Google Chrome is the recommended browser for amctheatres.com).
