You can log into your account here or by clicking the “Sign In” link at the top left of every page at www.amctheatres.com. Don’t forget that you can also manage your account by downloading the AMC mobile app!

If you forgot your password or would like to change it, just click the “Forgot password?” link on the sign-in page here. You can also update it in the “Account” section of your AMC Stubs account.
Sorry to see you go! You may cancel your membership at any time by contacting us here. However, we can only issue refunds for accounts that have been created in the last 30 days and have not used any benefits. AMC Stubs Premiere members who cancel their membership can elect to downgrade to an AMC Stubs Insider account, or be removed from the AMC Stubs program completely.
If you would like to update your profile information such as your mailing address, phone number or email address, log into your AMC Stubs account and select “Account” from the dropdown menu at the top left of the screen. You can also edit your profile in the AMC mobile app, just click on the “Profile” section under the “My AMC” tab.
