Online Stubs Collection

That's up to you. You have the choice to set your online stub collection to public or private directly from the page. If you want to share your collection with your friends publicly, you're welcome to share it. Your collection is set to private by default, but if you want to display your stubs book for all the world to see, by all means, be our guest!

Absolutely! Sharing your movie memories with your friends is exactly what the online ticket stub collection is for. Just click the stub you want to share and look for the Facebook or Twitter icon. Click on it for instructions on how to post that stub to your timeline and tag your friends.

The only thing better than going to the movies is going to the movies with friends and family. So if you went to the movies with someone else or a group of friends, you can add their names to your online ticket stubs so that they will always be linked to that specific experience.

To add a friend or multiple friends, click on the Add Friends icon below the stub you would like to add friends to. In order to add your friends, you will need to log in to Facebook through the Facebook Connect feature. Doing so will populate a list of friends you can choose from to add to your ticket stub based on who you are friends with on Facebook. Is your movie buddy not your Facebook friend? That’s OK. You can type their name in the blank form field provided. Follow the remaining instructions to submit your added friends. Now every time you click on that stub in your collection, you will see the profile pictures of the friends you have added.

If you forgot your password or would like to change it, just click the “Forgot Password” link at the top right of the website. You can also update it by clicking “Edit Account” and saving your changes there.

Your e-mail address or mobile number allows us to keep you informed about your AMC Stubs account. Plus, if you opt in to receive alerts from us, you can receive updates about your account activity, reward notifications and special offers from AMC. To update your preferences regarding these communications, visit the Edit Account page on the website. This link can be found at the top right of the website once you are logged in.

If you would like to update your personal profile information such as your mailing address, phone number or e-mail address, visit the Edit Account page of the website. This link can be found at the top right of the website once you are logged in.

First of all, don’t worry about a thing — we’ve got you covered. You can report a lost or stolen card online, in theatre or you can Contact Us. All you have to do is submit a request, and we will deactivate your old card number and issue you a new set of cards with a brand new number. We will also transfer all your activity over to the new number and provide you with a temporary card so that you won’t miss a beat in earning rewards and collecting stubs.

Returning an AMC Stubs membership will follow the normal refund policy, which can be viewed in the Terms & Conditions.

Yes. Anytime you would like to take advantage of the benefits offered in the AMC Stubs program, you will need to either show your card or give your account number to an AMC crew member. Concessions upgrades are given automatically when you swipe your card, so be sure to present let the crew member know you're a member.

Yes. Each time you make a purchase at the concession stand, give the crew member your card or your account number, and what you spend will be added to your total balance. We will keep track of your balance on your card, but if you would like to check on your progress, log in to your account to see your activity.

If you have any questions or need more information about your account, first check the transaction details page and then Contact Us, or visit your local AMC Theatres’ guest services for assistance.

Yes. We can update your account to reflect any purchases you made in the last 30 days if you have a receipt. Just take your purchase receipt to the theatre, and guest services will be happy to help you out. Or contact us and our guest services team can assist.

Yes. All rewards will expire 90 days after they are granted. We can send you notifications about your rewards and alert you when your rewards are close to expiring. All you have to do is update your communication preferences on the Edit Profile page of the website. This link can be found at the top right of the website once you are logged in.

You can see how close you are to your next reward and all of the rewards you have already earned by creating an online account. Just register your card online and check back whenever you’d like to see your recent account activity and collected ticket stubs. You can also access your account directly from the AMC mobile app.

If that doesn't work, you can contact us or visit your local theatre and ask a crew member to look up the details of your account.

Right away. For example, if you earn your reward at the box office, your $10 AMC Stubs Reward will be available to use on concessions. For every $100 you spend, a new $10 reward will be placed on your card.

Also, be sure to opt in for reward notifications. If you do, you will receive a notice through e-mail or text message when you are close to earning a reward, when you have earned it and when it is close to expiring.

Your $10 AMC Stubs Reward will be automatically loaded on to your AMC Stubs membership card. Log in and check your status, and track each reward anytime on the top right section of the ticket stub collection page. You can also sign up for reward notifications by changing your communications preferences inside the Edit Profile page.

Use your AMC Stubs membership card every time you make a purchase with AMC Theatres. Every dollar you spend on tickets and concessions, if you use your card, will be totaled and will count toward a $10 AMC Stubs Reward. Also, don’t forget to enter your card number when purchasing tickets online at — those purchases can count as well.

Immediately! As soon as you complete your membership registration, your purchases will start counting toward your first reward. Just make sure to use your card at every purchase in the theatre. If your card hasn't arrived yet, you can print a temporary card from your account or you can connect your AMC Stubs account to the AMC mobile app and take it with you wherever you go!

You may cancel your AMC Stubs membership and receive a full refund of your purchase price within 30 days after your purchase, provided no rewards associated to the account have been redeemed. You will not be sent a physical card if you sign up online by default. You will be immediately provided with a virtual card that you can print out and use. Additonally, you can enter your number into the AMC mobile application and access your card virtually from your phone or tablet. If you'd like a permanent card, head to your profile and click "Request Physical Card" and enter your address. Once you've done that, we'll ship you a physical card, which should arrive in the mail in 4–6 weeks.

By registering your card online, you have the ability to track your account and find out things like how close you are to your next reward, total rewards earned and upgrades redeemed. You’ll also have access to your online ticket stub collection. The online side of AMC Stubs is also the place to establish your communications preferences and sign up to receive reward notifications and weekly updates on new movie releases at your preferred AMC Theatre.
